IHG Army Hotels Otis & Custer House - Historia

I have stayed here probably 5 or 5 times. I always arrive late and the night clerk, Chelsea is awesome. She is always awesome and super friendly. Love Chelsea, the rooms and the service!

Flawless check-in with Bonnie today. She gave me the rundown, the layout, and a map. The crazy thing is you can actually get lost in these buildings, but once you find your room, breakfast area, and the parking lot; you won't need to see the rest of the hotel. Room 3302 is in the C Building, which is close to the breakfast room. The room itself is a suite. It has a living room, kitchenette, separate bedroom, and bathroom. The living room has a flat screen TV, couch, coffee table, some accent lighting and a desk. The kitchenette has a full fridge, a small range, sink and dishwasher. The bedroom also has a flat screen, queen size bed, end tables accent lighting, and a closet. Breakfast is served promptly at 6am Monday-Friday, and at 6:30am on the weekends. Breakfast is Continental style. Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and waffles are available in a buffet. Also, various cereals, oatmeal, and hot sweet rolls are available. Most importantly, the coffee is a plenty and ready to take if you're on the go. The hotel has a small fitness room on the first floor that has a couple of cardio machines, but Gruber Fitness Center is next door, if the in-house gym is full already. I was here for a three week course, and the hotel was well within walking distance of the Lewis and Clark Building and Eisenhower Hall. Just one block away, you can find the post commissary, which is open everyday, along with the post exchange. Bonnie even helped me find an off-post barber, after the Barber Shop at the PX stopped seeing customers. The room was clean when I got it. Came with a living room and kitchen, two TVs, and a spacious bathroom. Housekeeping came to tidy up the bathroom. I'll be here for three weeks, so I'm pretty comfortable and this location is well within striking distance of everything I will and could need during that time. Lucky to have roomed here

Nice room, Friendly service, good breakfast, quiet, clean and close

By FAR, the nicest hotel stay I’ve ever had. Large, double rooms, full kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, super clean, and the staff were top notch. Excellent stay.

The building is a bit of a maze however once you are used to the layout this isn't an issue. Our room had a kitchen, which is a good feature. The kitchens come with a complete set of cutlery and dishes. The staff is amazing . Complimentary breakfast is hot and available. Guest laundry room on site. The hotel is convenient to the school facilities, PX, Commissary, Bowling lanes, Starbucks and Burger King. This was my first time visiting Ft Leavenworth area and this location is very clean and efficiently managed. The staff are polite and helpful. I was there for 5 days and enjoyed every day being there. I personally recommend this place, I will definitely be back next year for another vacation.

One of the nicer IHG, was almost confused to be an air force base for a second. Breakfast is simple. The staff... helpful, kind, respectful, accommodating, and patient. They pull the hotel together fantastically. The pool looks very clean and clearly maintained.

I’ve been here a week, and have absolutely no complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, well furnished and clean. The breakfast hostesses are ver friendly and attentive. Breakfast is standard IHG, but served hot and plentiful here. The gym in my wing included treadmills, ellipticals and some free weights. Will absolutely stay here my next visit to Ft Leavenworth!

Breakfast is great. Rooms are large and have a full size fridge and microwave. Only 6 minute walk to the PCC.

Very spacious, clean, good service, great cable with HBO, internet connectivity is excellent and even the breakfast system under rona restrictions is easy and efficient. Might have one elevator but thats it- which is my only complaint. Weird layout but it cuts down on neighbor and street noise. Great hotel.
